Christmas is right around the corner, and I hope you have a great week planned. If you’re looking to add a little more holiday cheer, there’s still time to:
- Watch a holiday movies (in any genre)
- Enjoy the sounds of the season (traditional or otherwise)
- Revisit some favorite holiday memories
- Call a friend or family member and catch up
- Set up an online chat with a group
- Drop off a small gift or holiday treat
- Make a donation to a worthy cause (for yourself, or in someone else’s honor)
- Be kind
Wishing you joy and happiness this week, no matter what form your holiday celebrations take. Be safe and well.

Merry Christmas, Amanda! 🎄

lol – it is all cancelled in London!
But I am trying to think of all the things I can get done when I am on my own on my days off.

I saw that on the news. I’m so sorry for the terrible timing. I hope you have a productive week, and also take some time to relax.

The virus is not interested in people’s plans. It is ok. I am going to do everything I can to keep my loved ones safe – no brainer. But I know already people who are planning to break the rules – they are being very foolish and of course perpetuating how long this goes on for.
But some people will not be told.
I am going to do my little but to set a good example and keep smiling through it. By the end of next weekend my home will be sparkling and I will have caught up with my reading! It will be good. I am sure I will be in contact with my family throughout.

A good list, for sure. We are putting Be Kind as the first item on our list. This world needs more kindness, for sure. Otherwise, our list is pretty much identical. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Amanda. Next year, hindsight will be 2020. Allan

Merry Christmas! Thanks for the supportive post. I think many of us attempt too much this time of year and are frazzled by the weekend before the holiday. I especially like how you mentioned that there is time for gifts to charities. The food pantries are really hard hit this year. I’d like to make another donation before 2020 is through. See you in the New Year : ) Rebecca

I’m blessed to have kept my job and primarily worked at home, and have actually ended up with extra money because of it, so I’ve been doing a lot of donating, including to a local food pantry. Merry Christmas, Rebecca.
